with you how we guide our clients through our simple design process.

Design Proposal

Following the questionnaire, we like to meet with our clients. Thereafter, we do comprehensive research and submit a design proposal.

Mock Ups, Revisions, etc.

Afterwards, the contract is signed and an initial deposit is required. We then begin to create mock ups, which we present for review and/or approval.

How long will it take to complete a project?

Logo and comprehensive branding projects usually take anywhere from 6 - 12 weeks. However, they may take even longer since every project has different objectives and goals.

What is needed to start a project?

Prospective clients must complete the necessary questionnaire, sign and agree to the basic terms and conditions and pay the required deposit amount in order to begin their project.

Do you provide Pro Bono work and services?

Yes, every year we like to donate our services to a not-for-profit organization. If you would like to be considered for a Pro Bono project please email us at The organization that is chosen will be notified in early December.

What if I want to cancel a project?

We encourage clients to contact us immediately if they want to kill or cancel a project. Cancellation (“kill”) fees are due based on the amount of work completed. Fifty percent (50%) of the final fee is due within fifteen (15) days of notification that for any reason the job is canceled or postponed before the final stage. One hundred percent (100%) of the total fee is due despite cancellation or postponement of the job if the art has been completed. Upon cancellation or kill all rights to the art revert to Toya Design Co. (The Swurve LLC) and all original art must be returned, including sketches, composites, or other preliminary materials.

How many revisions are given per project?

Clients are usually provided up to three (3) complimentary revisions or edits per project. If additional revisions are needed that exceed the initial agreed upon scope of the project, then the client will be billed at an hourly rate ($100 per hour).
